We do NOT accept returns or refunds as everything in our store is handmade. All sales are final and we do NOT take any cancellations.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide a picture if your item has arrived damaged through our email so we can help you!
