Política de envío

Shipping is 1-3 weeks processing time and 3-5 business days for delivery since all of our items are handmade by us we do take a little bit more time to ship your orders so please be patient with us!

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. If you are having trouble with your package please contact USPS so they can help you. Once the package is out of our hands and with the shipping carrier (USPS) we are no longer responsible for the package. Please make sure to triple check your address before placing an order and please leave an email that way we have a way to contact you just in case we need to. You can file a claim with USPS online if something happens with your package. 

No cancellations are allowed once you have placed an order it is FINAL!

If you are having problems with your order please email us lajewelryshop2021@gmail.com. Please keep in mind that if you are rude your order will be cancelled and we will NOT be able to help you. 

You can track your order on the USPS website or on the Shop app. Once an item has been shipped you will receive a tracking number through your email.
